Joseph Chan

Founder

Joseph is a distinguished finance executive with nearly four decades of experience spanning asset management, investment banking, and commercial banking. He founded and led Oriental Patron Financial Group as a founding partner. His earlier career included senior roles at major international firms, such as Deputy General Manager at Crédit Agricole and Co-Head of Credit Agricole Asset Management Hong Kong Ltd., in 1994.

In recent years, he has held chairman of the Silk Road Economic Development Research Center (since 2013). As one of the most active proponent of the Belt and Road Initiative in Hong Kong, Joseph regularly holds talks sharing his investment and operational expertise across Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

Tom Lam

Chief Executive Officer

Tom is a seasoned financial services professional. He has involved in fund operations and administrations for eight years and wide exposure across financial services ranging from capital markets to corporate services. The companies he served for included Chinese and Hong Kong companies.

Peng Du

Head of business development

Mr. Du is a visionary leader at the intersection of finance and technology. He brings deep, cross-functional expertise in venture capital and digital ecosystem, driving innovation and strategic growth. He used to be vice chairman of TUS International (872.hk), and held management role in TUS-Venture Capital Co., Ltd. Mr. Du received his master's degree in management from the School of Public Policy and Management of Tsinghua University in 2002 and his bachelor's degree in engineering from the School of Materials Science of Tsinghua University in 1999.
